For once a bike that came apart nice and easily

The standard coaster brake not powerful enough for an E-bike so instead V brake bosses welded on for extra stopping power.

While the frame is off being powder coated, time to build the wheels up, original hubs, new rims and spokes.

I missed a couple of steps as I was super excited to re build this one, so this is it at the end of day one, new pannier with battery and controller, wires all run into position, headset, bars, wheels and complete drive train in place ready to work out the final kinks.  

All done, ready for a test ride and a shoot.
